    The Business and Labor Committee deleted S.B. 163, EMPLOYEE MEAL PERIODS, by Senator L. Robles, and replaced it with 1st Sub. S.B. 163, EMPLOYEE MEAL PERIODS, with the following amendments and has returned it to the Rules Committee without recommendation.

1.    Page 3, Lines 74 through 80 :    

             74          (ii) a jail, prison, correctional facility, or other place of involuntary incarceration

             75      including a juvenile detention facility   } ;
             76          (d) a classified school employee;
             77          (e) an employee of a utility owned and operated by a political subdivision of the state;
