The Government Operations and Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable
recommendation on S.B. 172, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AMENDMENTS, by Senator W. Harper, with the following amendments:
