    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. S.B. 186, CONTRACTOR LICENSING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION AMENDMENTS, by Senator W. Harper, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 12 through 17 :    

             12          This bill:
             13          .    modifies the requirements for licensure as a contractor, including:
             14              .    allowing experience in any construction classification to count towards
             15      employment experience; and
             16              .    adding a
