    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 226, PROFESSIONAL LICENSING AMENDMENTS, by Senator J. Valentine, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.


1.    Page 2, Lines 38 through 41 :    

             38          (ii) for a licensee who has had a license under this title reinstated following disciplinary
             39      action, practicing
