Mr. President:

    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 230, INSURANCE MODIFICATIONS, by Senator J. Stevenson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 7, Lines 192 through 196 :    

             192          (1) "Limited lines travel insurance producer" means one of the following designated by
             193      an insurer as the travel insurance supervising entity as provided in Subsection 31A-23a-905 (4):
             194          

{   (a) a licensed managing general underwriter;   }

             195          
{   (b)   }        (a)       a licensed managing general agent or third party administrator; or

             196          
{   (c)   }        (b)       a licensed insurance producer, including a limited lines producer.
