    The Government Operations and Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 245, INTERNET VOTING PILOT PROJECT AMENDMENTS, by Senator C. Bramble, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 28 through 33 :    

             28          20A-6-103. Internet voting pilot project.
             29          Notwithstanding any [other provisions] provision of this title[, any] to the contrary, a
             30      county may[, if selected by the Department of Defense, participate in the Federal Voting
             31      Assistance Program pilot project to] allow a covered voter, as defined in Section 20A-16-102 ,
             32      or a voter with a disability, as

{   that term is used in Public Law 107-252, the Help America Vote
