    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 257, PARENT REVIEW OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND CURRICULUM, by Senator H. Stephenson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Lines 124 through 127 :    

             124          (ii) The report shall include the number of complaints categorized by:
             125          (A) grade level and course;
             126          (B) reason identified; and
             127          (C) action taken by

  the state school board,       a school district        ,       or school with respect to a complaint.
