Vice Chair Cunningham called the meeting to order at 4:25 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Greenwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2014 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bird and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
S.B. 53 Amendments to Private Investigator Regulations (Sen. M. Dayton)
MOTION: Rep. Greenwood moved to return S.B. 53 to the Rules Committee. The motion
passed unanimously with Rep. Bird and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
H.J.R. 20 Joint Resolution Recognizing the Significance of the Great Salt Lake (Rep. L.
Wiley)
Rep. Wiley distributed a handout titled "Integrated Water Resources Management Model" and
explained the resolution to the committee assisted by:

R. Jefre Hicks , Utah Waterfowl Association
Nika Roundy, Great Salt Lake Advisory Council (handout titled "Great Salt Lake Bird

MOTION: Rep. Wilson moved to pass out favorably H.J.R. 20. The motion passed with
Rep. Bird and Rep. Cunningham voting in opposition.
MOTION: Rep. Greenwood moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
Vice Chair Cunningham adjourned the meeting at 4:48 p.m.
