H.B. 229 Air Contaminant Definition Change (Rep. Jerry Anderson)
Rep. Jerry Anderson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Duckworth moved to amend the bill. After further discussion she withdrew
the motion.
MOTION: Rep. McKell moved to hold the bill. The motion passed unanimously with Rep.
Edwards absent for the vote.
S.C.R. 4 Concurrent Resolution on Wildlife Enhancement (Sen. A. Christensen)

Sen. Christensen explained the resolution to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Noel moved to pass the resolution out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Edwards absent for the vote.
