H.B. 414 Legislative Subpoena Amendments (Rep. J. Dunnigan)
Rep. Dunnigan with the assistance of Thomas R. Vaughn, Associate General Counsel, explained
the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Westwood moved to pass H.B. 414 out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Cox and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to place H.B. 414 on the Consent Calendar. The motion
passed unanimously with Rep. Cox absent for the vote.
S.B. 158 Cemetery Amendments (Sen. S. Jenkins) (Rep. R. Wilcox)
Sen. Jenkins explained the bill to the committee .
