Chair Barrus called the meeting to order at 4:11 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 19, 2014 and February 21, 2014 meetings. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderson, Rep. Christofferson, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.

H.B. 136    Assisted Living Facility Surveillance Act (Rep. R. Barrus)

Rep. Barrus explained the bill.

Spoke to the bill:        Michele Duncan-Rolfe, citizen

Spoke against the bill:    Dennis Toland, Owner, BeeHive Home Franchise

MOTION:    Rep. Hemingway moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Webb and Rep. Westwood voting in opposition.

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
