Vice Chair Nelson called the meeting to order at 12:18 p.m.

S.B. 28    Utah Retirement Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler) (Rep. K. Powell)

Rep. Powell and Sen. Weiler explained the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Powell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Froerer moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Vice Chair Nelson adjourned the meeting at 12:29 p.m.
