    After "evidence that" insert ": (A)"

2.    Page 1, Line 22:
    After "involuntary;" insert "and (B) the person's participation in evading, fleeing, or attempting to elude was involuntary."

3.    Page 3, Line 86:
    After "evidence that" insert ": (A)"

4.    Page 3, Line 87:
    After "involuntary." delete the period and insert "; and (B) the person's participation in evading, fleeing, or attempting to elude was involuntary."
