Representative James A. Dunnigan proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 62, Line 1895 :    

             1895          (b)
{   as   } otherwise not comprehended within the purposes of this section.


2.    Page 117, Lines 3608 through 3613 :    

             3608      license adjusters for the line of authority sought, the adjuster has qualified for the license as if
             3609      the person were a resident in the state, territory, or District of Columbia described in
             3610      Subsection (2)(a)
  ,       including an applicable:

             3611          
{   (A)   }        (i)       examination requirement;

             3612          
{   (B)   }        (ii)       fingerprint background check requirement; and

{   (C)   }        (iii)       continuing education requirement; and
