Representative Michael E. Noel proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 47 through 51 :    

             47          (3) The coordinator of resource stewardship shall:
             48          (a) work with agencies to implement best practices and stewardship measures
  to improve air quality       ; and

             49          (b) make an annual report on best practices and stewardship efforts
  to improve air quality       to the Business and

             50      Labor Interim Committee and Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim
             51      Committee.
