         CLEAN FUEL SCHOOL BUSES AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Representative Stephen G. Handy proposes the following amendments:

    House Committee Amendments

    (b) "Blended biodiesel" means fuel consisting of:
    (i) 6% to 20% by volume of ASTM D6751-compliant B100 biodiesel; and
    (ii) 80% or more by volume of clean diesel fuel.

{   (b)   }        (c)       "Board" means the State Board of Education.

             48          
{   (c)   }        (d)       "Clean diesel fuel" means diesel fuel with a sulfur content of no more than 15 parts

             49      per million (ppm).
             50          
{   (d)   }        (e)       "CNG" means compressed natural gas.
