Representative Craig Hall proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 19 :    

             19      without that individual's permission, is
  a class A misdemeanor and any subsequent convictions are       a third degree felony.


2.    Page 3, Line 79 :    

             79          (5) Distribution of an intimate image is
  a class A misdemeanor and upon a second or subsequent conviction is       a third degree felony.
