PARENTAL REVIEW OF STATEWIDE SUMMATIVE TEST QUESTIONS

House Committee Amendments

Representative Michael S. Kennedy proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 43 through 44 :

             43          (3) The State Board of Education shall allow a parent or guardian access to summative
             44      test questions
:

    (a)

at least 90 days before the test is administered { . } ; and

(b) in the same manner and under the same conditions that test questions are reviewed by the committee established under Section 53A-1-603.
