Representative David E. Lifferth proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 19 :    

             19              .    discuss the content, but not the complete text, of a test question with any person;
 

    . provides that a violation of certain restrictions regarding the disclosure of a test question is an infraction;  


2.    Page 2, Lines 50 through 51
    House Committee Amendments
    2-12-2014 :    

             50      question with any person.
 

    (5) A violation of Subsection (4)(a) or (4)(c) is an infraction.
