(iii) In appointing members to the committee, the chair the State Board of Education, speaker of
the House of Representatives, and president of the Senate shall provide for political diversity as follows:
(A) of 5 appointments, no more than 3 shall be from the same political party;
(B) of 6 appointments, no more than 3 shall be from the same political party;
(C) of 7 appointments, no more than 4 shall be from the same political party;
(D) of 8 appointments, no more than 4 shall be from the same political party;
(E) of 9 appointments, no more than 5 shall be from the same political party; and
(F) of 10 appointments, no more than 5 shall be from the same political party.
