Representative Rebecca P. Edwards proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 20 through 21 :    

             20      Other Special Clauses:
             21          
{   None   }        This bill takes effect on July 1, 2015.      


2.    Page 9, Lines 260 through 261 :    

             260          (i) employs the individual to provide home and community based services for
{   five   }        seven      

             261      hours per week or more; and

3.    Page 14, Line 413 :    

             413      waiver to the individual pursuant to Part 10, Workers' Compensation Coverage Waivers Act.
  Section 3. Effective date.

This bill takes effect on July 1, 2015.
