Senator Mark B. Madsen proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 87 through Page 4, Line 88 :    

             87          (i) any other issues relating to federalism the commission considers necessary.
    
  (9) The commission may apply for and receive grants, and receive private donations to fund the creation of the curriculum.      

             88          Section 2. Section 63C-4a-306 is enacted to read:
