Senator J. Stuart Adams proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 27, Lines 830 through 831 :    

             830          (i) that the excess services will be used only for the purposes and benefits authorized
             831      by the authority under
{   this chapter and Title 69, Chapter 2, Emergency Telephone Service Law   }        Section 63H-7-102       ;


2.    Page 28, Line 845 :    

             845          (ii) evaluates the benefits
  , cost, existing facilities and equipment, and services       of public and private providers;
