Representative Eric K. Hutchings proposes the following amendments:

    2-14-2014 :

  (1)       The attorney general may authorize [up to 28] law enforcement officers, as defined

             27      under Section 53-13-103 , who are employees in the Office of the Attorney General to use a
             28      state issued vehicle for official and H. [personal] commuter .H use.
    
  (2) An employee shall use, and the attorney general shall authorize the use of, a vehicle under Subsection (1) subject to the rules adopted by the Division of Fleet Operations in accordance with Section 63A-9-401.
