Representative Kraig Powell proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 8 through 10 :    

             8      General Description:
             9          This bill allows an individual
{   at least   }        who is       16        or 17       years of age to serve as a      {   receiving judge   }        poll worker       in an

             10      election,

2.    Page 1, Lines 13 through 19 :    

             13          This bill:
             14          .    allows an individual
{   at least   }        who is       16        or 17       years of age to serve as a receiving judge in a

             15      regular primary and a regular general election;
             16          .    prohibits a county legislative body from appointing a candidate's family member as
             17      a poll worker in a precinct where the candidate appears on the ballot;
             18          .    allows an individual
{   at least   }        who is       16        or 17       years of age to work as a      {   receiving judge   }        poll worker       in a local

             19      election;

3.    Page 2, Lines 55 through 56 :    

             55          (a) (i) three registered voters, or two registered voters and one individual
{   at least   }        who is       16        or 17      

             56      years of age,

4.    Page 2, Line 58 through Page 3, Line 59 :    

             58          (ii) three registered voters, or two registered voters and one individual
