Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

Section 3. Legislative intent.
It is the intent of the Legislature that, if at the end of fiscal year 2015, there is a balance remaining in the
State Laboratory Drug Testing Account, the Division of Finance shall transfer any balance remaining to
the Department of Public Safety Restricted Account.
