             651          (12)
  (a)       A regulated officeholder who intentionally or knowingly violates a provision of

             652      this section, other than Subsection (1), is
{   , in addition to any civil penalty imposed under

             653      Section 20A-11-1605 ,   } guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
  (b) In addition to the criminal penalty described in Subsection (12)(a), the lieutenant

governor shall impose a civil penalty of $100 against a regulated officeholder who violates a provision of this section, other than Subsection (1).
