Representative Paul Ray proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Lines 97 through 99
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    3-3-2014 :    

             97          (c) Faculty related job vacancies and job vacancies for part-time wage related jobs
             98      typically filled by students at state institutions of higher education are exempt from the
             99      requirements of Subsection (5)(a).
    
  (d) Subsection (5)(a) does not apply to school districts.      


2.    Page 5, Lines 143 through 144 :    

             143          (6) The rules of the applicable rulemaking authority for the
{   governmental entity   }        executive branch procurement unit       shall

             144      require, for each contract and request for proposals, the inclusion of a clause that requires the
