Senator John L. Valentine proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 36, Lines 1100 through 1104 :    

             1100          (2) (a) A public transit district may only assist in the economic development of areas
             1101      under Subsection (1)[(l)](p):
             1102          (i) in the manner described in Subsection (1)[(l)](p)(i) or (ii); and
             1103          (ii) on no more than [five]
{   10   }        eight       transit-oriented developments or transit-supportive

             1104      developments selected by the board of trustees.
