(2) If a private school or home school student who qualifies for special education services
pursuant to Subsection (1) enrolls in online courses with more than one online course provider, the
student shall receive special education services in accordance with rules adopted by the State Board of
Education that provide for cooperation and coordination in the provision of special education services.
(3) An online course provider that provides special education services to a private school or home
school student with a disability in accordance with Part 3, Education of Children with Disabilities, and
rules adopted by the State Board of Education under that part, qualifies for funding for students with
disabilities under Section 53A-17a-111 to the extent the private school or home school student is enrolled
in an online course.
