Section 9. Section 53A-2-508 is enacted to read:
53A-2-508. Exemption for a school district with fewer than 20,000 students.
Notwithstanding the requirements of Sections 53A-2-504 through 53A-2-507, a school district with
an enrollment of fewer than 20,000 students is not required to implement school-based budgeting.
