Senator J. Stuart Adams proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 70 through 73 :    

             70          (iv)
  if approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for administration by injection,       percutaneous injection into skin, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints with:

             71          (A) local anesthetics and nonscheduled prescription medications
