    The House refuses to recede from its amendments to S.B. 19, APPOINTMENT AND QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS OF THE STATE TAX COMMISSION, by Senator H. Stephenson, and has appointed a Conference Committee consisting of Representatives R. Wilcox, J. Stanard, and T. Cosgrove to meet with a like committee from the Senate on this bill.
