Vice Chair Westwood called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Edwards moved to approve the minutes of the March 6, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Last and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.

H.B. 432         Historic Pioneer Trail Preservation (Rep. L. Christensen)

Rep. Christensen explained the bill to the committee.

Mr. Eric Stuki, Division of State Parks and Recreation, spoke for the bill.

MOTION:     Rep. Cutler moved to replace H.B. 432 with 1st Sub. H.B. 432. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Spendlove moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Cutler moved to place 1st Sub. H.B. 432 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.              

MOTION:     Rep. Oda moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Vice Chair Westwood adjourned the meeting at 9:46 a.m.
