23 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24 Section 1. Section 63I-1-278 is amended to read:
25 63I-1-278. Repeal dates, Title 78A and Title 78B.
26 (1) The Office of the Court Administrator, created in Section 78A-2-105, is repealed
27 July 1, 2018.
28 (2) Section 78B-3-421, regarding medical malpractice arbitration agreements, is
29 repealed July 1, 2019.
30 (3) Title 78B, Chapter 6, Part 2, Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, is repealed July 1,
