Vice Chair Spendlove called the meeting to order at 4:21 p.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Barlow moved to approve the minutes of February 23, 2016, and February 25, 2016. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall, Rep. Ward, and Chair McIff absent for the vote.

H.B. 339         Child Welfare Services Amendments (Rep. K. Christofferson)

Rep. Christofferson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to replace H.B. 339 with 1st Substitute H.B. 339. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall and Rep. Ward absent for the vote.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 339 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall and Rep. Ward absent for the vote.

H.B. 398         Pharmacy Service for Discharged Hospital Patients (Rep. E. Redd)

Rep. Redd explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to pass H.B. 398 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall absent for the vote.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to place H.B. 398 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall absent for the vote.

H.B. 400         Methadone Treatment Amendments (Rep. E. Redd)

H.B. 370         Adoptive Studies and Evaluations Amendments (Rep. E. Redd)

Rep. Redd explained H.B. 370 to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to replace H.B. 370 with 1st substitute H.B. 370, Adoptive Studies and Evaluations Amendments. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Brown, Rep. Chavez-Houck, and Rep. Spendlove absent for the vote.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously

                        with Rep. Brown, Rep. Chavez-Houck and Rep. Spendlove absent for the vote.

MOTION:     Rep. Thurston moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Brown, Rep. Chavez-Houck and Rep. Spendlove absent for the vote.
