Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 3:51 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2016, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderson, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Thurston, Rep. Ward, and Rep. Powell absent for the vote.
Vice Chair Powell assumed the chair.
H.B. 285 Board of Examiners Meeting Notice Amendments (Rep. R. Chavez-Houck)
Rep. Chavez-Houck explained the bill to the committee assisted by John Dougall, Utah State Auditor.
MOTION: Rep. Hemingway moved to pass H.B. 285 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderson and Rep. Pitcher absent for the vote.
