7     LONG TITLE
8     General Description:
9          This bill removes a sunset provision regarding an instream flow change application.
10     Highlighted Provisions:
11          This bill:
12          ▸     removes the sunset provision regarding an instream flow change application that
13     may be filed by a fishing group for trout habitat; and
14          ▸     makes technical changes.

24     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25          Section 1. Section 63I-1-273 is amended to read:
26          63I-1-273. Repeal dates, Title 73.
27          [(1)] Title 73, Chapter 27, [State] Legislative Water Development Commission, is
28     repealed December 31, 2018.
29          [(2) The instream flow water right for trout habitat established in Subsection
30     73-3-30(3) is repealed December 31, 2018.]
