21     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22          Section 1. Repealer.
23          This bill repeals:
24          Section 17-14-2, Order in which relatives are liable.
25          Section 2. Effective date.
26          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
