4-32-2. Purpose declaration.
It is the purpose of this chapter to provide meat and poultry products inspection programs
in the state at least equal to those imposed under the Federal Meat Inspection Act and the federal
Poultry Products Inspection Act. The commissioner is directed to administer and enforce this
chapter to accomplish this purpose.
