License classification.
     58-60-504.   License classification.
     The division shall issue licenses to individuals qualified under this part in the classification of:
     (1) licensed substance abuse counselor;
     (2) certified substance abuse counselor;
     (3) certified substance abuse counselor intern; and
     (4) certified substance abuse counselor extern.
