61-2b-19. Expiration of license or certification.
(1) The initial license or certification issued under this chapter expires on the expiration
date indicated on the license or certificate.
(2) A renewal license or certification issued under this chapter expires two years from the
date of issuance.
(3) The scheduled expiration date of the license or certification shall appear on the
license or certification document and no other notice of its expiration need be given to its holder.
