76-8-703. Interfering or intending to interfere with activities -- Failure to leave
when ordered.
If any person on the campus of a private or state institution of higher education or on any
other facility owned by the institution or operated or controlled by the governing board of the
institution, commits any act which interferes with the peaceful conduct of the activities of the
campus or facility, or has entered the campus or facility with the intent to commit any such act,
the chief administrative officer or officer or employee designated by him to maintain order on the
campus or facility may direct a person to leave the campus or facility, and if the person fails so to
do, he is guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
