78B-12-302.   Low income table -- Obligor parent only.
     (1) If a child support order is established or modified on or before December 31, 2007, the table in this Subsection (1) shall be used for a modification of a final order to that order made on or before December 31, 2009.

     (2) The table in this Subsection (2) shall be used to:
     (a) establish a child support order entered for the first time on or after January 1, 2008;
     (b) modify a child support order entered for the first time on or after January 1, 2008;
     (c) modify a temporary judicial child support order established on or before December 31, 2007, if the new order is entered on or after January 1, 2008; or
     (d) modify a final child support order entered on or before December 31, 2007, if the modification is made on or after January 1, 2010.
