Article VI, Section 10. [Each house to be judge of election, and qualifications of its
members -- Expulsion.]
Each house shall be the judge of the election and qualifications of its members, and may
punish them for disorderly conduct, and with the concurrence of two-thirds of all the members
elected, expel a member for cause.
