Article XII, Section 19. [Blacklisting forbidden.]
Each person in Utah is free to obtain and enjoy employment whenever possible, and a
person or corporation, or their agent, servant, or employee may not maliciously interfere with any
person from obtaining employment or enjoying employment already obtained from any other
person or corporation.
