Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.
S.C.R. 1 Concurrent Resolution Recognizing the 60th Anniversary of the Inclusion of Under God in the Pledge of Allegiance (A. Osmond)
Sen. Osmond explained the resolution.
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the resolution out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles, Sen. Shiozawa, and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
S.B. 99 Natural Gas State Vehicle Requirements
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to replace S.B. 99 with 1st Sub. S.B. 99 State Vehicle Efficiency Requirements. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles, Sen. Shiozawa, and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
Rep. Jenkins explained the substitute bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to replace S.B. 36 with 1st Sub. S.B. 36. The motion passed unanimously.

1. Page 2, Line 31: After "mail" Delete "or postal mail"
Insert " unless postal mail is requested"
