Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m.
There were no minutes to approve.
S.B. 97 Lobbyist Disclosure and Regulation Act Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler)
Sen. Weiler explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Shiozawa moved to replace S.B. 97 with 2st Sub. S.B. 97. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 141 Lobbyist Disclosure and Regulation Act Revisions (T. Weiler) has been incorporated into 2nd Sub. S.B. 97.
S.B. 169 Public Meetings Materials Requirements (D. Henderson) will not be heard today.
S.B. 135 Voter Registration Amendments (S. Jenkins)

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 172 Capital Improvement and Capital Development Project Amendments (W. Harper)
Sen. Harper explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to amend the bill as follows:
