Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

There were no minutes to approve.

S.B. 165           Trial Hunting Authorization (R. Okerlund)

Sen. Okerlund explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke for the bill:       Robin Cahoon, Legislative Relations, Division of Wildlife Resources

MOTION:   Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Christensen absent for the vote.

S.C.R. 6       Concurrent Resolution Calling on Congress to Fully Fund the Payments in Lieu of Taxes Program (Sen. Okerlund)

MOTION:     Sen. Okerlund moved to replace S.C.R. 6 with 1^st Sub. S.C.R. 6. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Christensen absent for the vote.

Sen. Okerlund explained the bill to the committee.
