Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.
MOTION: Sen.
Madsen moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard
and Sen. Urquhart absent for the vote.
S.B. 112S01 Game Fowl Fighting Amendments (Sen. G. Davis)
Sen. Davis explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to pass the bill
out favorably. The motion passed with

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 173 Child Protection Amendments (T. Weiler)
Sen. Weiler explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to replace S.B. 173
with 1st Sub. S.B. 173. The motion passed unanimously with Sen.
Urquhart absent for the vote.
